Use longer verb phrases correctly

Verb phrases can have up to four words in them. Those words need to be in the correct order to make sense. The first word might be a modal verb to express possibility or necessity, such as can, should or might. The other helping verbs express the tense of the verb. These include is for present, will have for future perfect and had been for past perfect tense. The last word is the main verb.
