Develop cognative and geometric abilities through paper model building

A rhombicosidodecahedron is an Archimedean solid comprised of 20 regular triangular faces, 30 regular square faces, 12 regular pentagonal faces, 60 vertices and 120 edges. It is a very challenging model to construct.[p]Tab and fold lines are available on the model but can be hidden if you do not want them. The outline is always present, but can be minimized to a very thin, light line so that it does not show up on the physical model. A small preview of the model also appears on the sheet, but you may want to hide this if you think it gives away too much to the student.
