Recognize the use of present perfect verb phrases in sentences

The present perfect tense is used when referring to some past event that is complete but currently relevant or a situation that started in the past and is continuing in the present. A present perfect verb phrase contains the auxiliary verb has or have and the past tense of the verb. In this exercise, the student must pick out the verb phrase which makes up the present perfect tense.
